Bill and Jamee arranged for financing on a very unique and complicated deal. It did not fit any normal parameters yet they perservered and found the right match and moved mountains to see it through. This loan did not fit for any conventional or unconventional lenders due to regs that even a seasoned professional real estate borrower would miss yet they found a way to make it work for all parties. They don’t give up, are very creative and get what the lender and borrower needs and meet those needs. We’ve been in the real estate business for 50 years and they outperformed all others.

I have now worked with TREC (Both Jamee Y and Bill) on multiple deals and its safe to say orgainzation, honesty and product knowledge are always top priority!
